Craving, Aversion, Equanimity - imagination

Split in the room up into three areas - top of room is called he "like it area - Craving" and bottom of room is called  "dislike it- Aversion" area"
the middle of the room "is the not effected it by it" area.

So when I say something – if this effects your sense you run to that mat (sign on floor).

So for example if say imagine a rotten apples

So might go to the don’t like it mat.

If I say imagine stroking a beautiful cat

Might run to the like it mat.

Imagine - pick at random from the list
Taste: a orange, a piece of mud, chocolate biscuit
Touch: a snake, a tissue
Smell: flower, toilet
Hearing : scratch on a blackboard, your favourite music,
Mind: add 4423 +45676, visual blue, blue circle, red triangle, in green square

Just notice your reaction.

So how do we know we like or dislike the things that I have just said (the objects)  -Who tells you that?

How is it that imagination is possible?

Because of memory and mind.

Guided meditation on neutral sensations – boring – clothes on skin

So you can like or dislike something – there are a lot of time when nothing special is happening – neutral moments

ROOF OF MOUTH, NOTHING, SILENCE,  BREATH,  YOUR SKIN

How do you feel about these neutral sensation?

So being neutral can be very peaceful – neither liking or disliking,
not dull
full here and present
alive.
