Death and the Six senses

So we are nearly finishing, so we can notice about ending/ceasing.

Do we just get up or go, or can we notice how we finish something. One ways leads onward to more things, the other starts afresh in every moment.

So let do some standing meditation with our hands out -outstretched.
So just notice what it feels like when we put our hands down.

Or holding our fist tight.......... now let go.

What's that like- can you name the feeling. Is it pleasant or unpleasant. Can you notice the space between unpleasant and pleasant?
Do you notice the relief - the letting go.

Meditation
So just notice your mind – and just say the word “thing” in your mind
Notice physically where this word is.
What's around this word
What's behind that word- who is observing this?

“all that has form, sound, colour, may be classed under the head of thing… But one can attain to formlessness and vanquish death. And with that which is in possession of the eternal,
how can mere things compare? `
Chuang -tzu
